The layout of the house makes for fantastic family gatherings - sleeping up to 8 people, however with its cosy charm it also allows for a peaceful trip for couples too. With its secluded location, guests can relax in the extensive private grounds at their own leisure.
A close by property which we also let out is Octovullin Farmhouse, which can be very convenient for larger parties who may wish to book the two properties.
The kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a large double sink and a drinks fridge.
The Utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The living room has an open fire-logs are provided for this.
WiFi is provided, along with a Digital Radio with Bluetooth.
Well behaved dogs are allowed in the utility room only and all of our properties are strictly no smoking.
A good housekeeping deposit will be retained where there is evidence that the above rules have been breached and additional cleaning has been required.
